What the All-on-X procedure involves:
Step 1: Consultation and Design
We’ll evaluate your specific needs and current dental situation to determine if this treatment is right for you. Using the latest technology in digital scans, dental impressions, and detailed photographs, we’ll begin designing your new smile. Our skilled team will guide you through this life-changing journey, detailing each step.
Step 2: Implant Placement and Trial Smile
While you’re comfortably asleep and pain-free under anesthesia, we will place four to six dental implants surgically. Within 24 hours, you’ll receive your first set of teeth—a provisional bridge worn for three to six months as your bone fuses with the implants and your gums stabilise. Think of your provisional teeth as a test drive, allowing you to provide feedback and adjustments to ensure complete satisfaction with your final teeth.
Step 3: Final Long-Term Teeth
After your bone has fused with the implants, we’ll construct your final set of teeth using much stronger materials. These are designed to handle the task ahead and accommodate any changes needed to improve aesthetics and function.
